A senior member of Financial Services industry and a unique combination of West to East leadership experience in European and Asian markets, Navita is the Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets for Vistra Group. She is responsible for one of the Top 3 global fiduciaries and administrators of Debt Capital Markets and Private capital.
She has been active in the Financial Services space for over two decades across Banks and non-banks. Her specialties include Development of Debt capital markets and Alternate asset classes, Structured Finance and Loan Markets, Asset Administration and outsourcing models in business services, Risk Management, Transformation and digital platforms, Commercial Banking and Infrastructure finance, Regulatory frameworks and Policy interface for Banking and financial sector.
Over the last two decades, Navita has consistently driven revenue growth and profitability of Asset servicing and Debt Market administration as well banking businesses in Asia and Europe.

• As Consultant-Management Assurance, handled several key clients for the firm including Banks and financial institutions. Involved in extensive reviews and implementation of new banking system and prudential norms for central bank reporting at multinational banks
